Don't know why so many bad reviews. The service was very nice, they replied to questions quickly. I bought hyperglides, arrived in 6 days to Lithuania. Absolutelly satisfied.

Maxgaming is a company who cares about their customers. They made me order from the Swedish site even though I'm from Denmark. It came within 3 days. Their support is good at answering and replying back on email and is very supportive. I give 5/5 stars since nothing could have been done better.

Purchased a couple of items, they arrived within 48 hours. Wanted to switch one of the items, within hours the support helped me and the replacement is on the way.

Overall good experience even on a return case speaks well of them. Thanks for great customer care!

Ordered a mouse from them on the 15th of March and still have not received it... Poor customer service

Ordered from them multiple times now and had excellent service each time. Very fast delivery to the UK. I returned 1 item (due to me not liking the shape of a mouse) and the RMA process was quick and easy.

I had been waiting a while for my ducky one 2 mini (Out of stock, i knew thatit would take long time before i got it) and suddenly i got a mail telling me that the package had been sent.
I picked up the package the day after and my keyboard was i perfect shape and was the keyboard i ordered...

jesus christ, avoid this site.
1- they store your password in clear ( i think it is illegal after last EU laws)
2- i purchased one item, they recevied the money but no trace of my order registered in their system.
3- their customer support is clueless, they said that i have to contact their payment provided, jesus christ can you belive it???

Terrible website ,4 hours to get a website to actually work to order my mouse to find out 3 days later that i got a refund because the item was out of stock!!

Unable to handle product launches and will take your money regardless of stock actually being available. Awful slow support that doesn’t respond until new releases are out of stock.

Do not use this company if you want any customer support or are buying a newly released product.

When a product releases their site goes down for over 3 hours and nothing works.

Totally unacceptable. Selling merchandise that is not working as intended and/or lying about products. Also does not care about laws or refunds. What a big scam this is!

Replaced something that had problems. Very impressed. Shippings a little slow but that’s not there fault. That post office has not the best reviews

They promise 1-2 day delievery, but now they say its gonna be at least 2 weeks!

i ordered a tube of machlube2 for my keyboard, but the item came unprotected in a thin envelope and was broken with lube everywhere.

I found a "gaming mouse" that was cheap on this site, but I was very skeptic about buying it after reading the reviews here.
The low price eventually convinced me to take the risk.

I was extremely unsatisfied with the mouse because the software that you use to configure all its features is obviously coded by monkeys (and I'm not talking about intelligent monkeys, I mean a room full of monkeys who didn't do much else than fling their poop at each other and call it a day), in other words, the software was so broken that I couldn't configure the mouse and use it to its full potential.

I contacted max gaming and said I wanted to return the mouse because it was basically faulty thanks to the software, and they immediately accepted, on the condition that I would pay the return shipping.
I am perfectly fine with paying for the return shipping if I buy something and then simply change my mind and want to return it, but if the thing that I bought was faulty in some way, then I would like to get free shipping.
And, after a bit more writing back and forth, they agreed to pay the return shipping for me.

For me, this was the perfect experience with an online store when things go wrong and I need to return the item.
No hassle, no arguing, no resistance, just friendly support.

I am very satisfied and will definitely consider this site again in the future.
