After being let down by another duplication company - I had to get a large order of DVDs sent out to customers waiting for a working DVD. Max Duplication (and specifically Jenna) went above and beyond to help me out, fulfilling the orders and giving some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time.

First used this company about 8 months ago, to get some CDs manufactured, labels printed, and shipped. The price was so low I wasn't expecting much but the CDs looked superb, and the lil 'clamshell' cases are great. Turnaround was really quick too. They are very proactive and respond to emails very quickly.
Recently needed more CDs made. Half expected them to be shut down because of the pandemic, but they are still working. Turnaround of fabrication was just as quick and I've just had notification the CDs went out for Fedex next-day delivery.
