Maxbhi is a big fraud gang. They send defective items and on asking for refund they will reject it giving stupid reason like you peeled off their 5 paisa plastic screen from the shitty display they sent.
Dont buy from them at any cost

Very bad company, I had an item which was not delivered yet and it got cancelled.

Maxbhi is a fraudulent company. They are not sending the product we ordered. They are not sending the product with the photos and features shown in the advertisement.There is no replacement facility. If they send the wrong product, they will not be responsible. Moreover, the return of it should be at our expense. After that, we have to pay the money and buy the next product. Maxbhi is a pure online shopping frauds. I am one of the victims.

They will never dispatch your item ordered. Once you cancel, they will refund the amount in their so called wallet.. you order again from that, again order is not dispatched. So basically your money is stuck.

Do not trust them it is a complete scam, i did order a screen and they have sent a defective one and even refused to replace it...

I WAS ORDERED BENCO S1 PRO DISPALY THEY SENT TO ME A FAULTY DISPAY ..AFTER IMMEDIATE RETURNED THE ITEMS TO THEIR WHAREHOUSE .TILL DATE NO RESPONSE SAYING THAT THE RECEIVED THE ITEM BACK TO THEIR GAZHIYABAD OFFICE ,,AFTER 20 DAYS NO RESPONSE NO RETURN OF AMOUNT ...I WONT SUGGEST ANYBODY TO THIS SITE

They are fraud. Dealing with a long delay for a replacement can be incredibly frustrating, especially when it stretches to two months.

I recently purchased a product from Maxbhi.com and unfortunately the experience has been very disappointing. The item I received was faulty right out of the box. I immediately contacted their support team, but they did not provide a refund or a replacement, even after sharing all the details.

The customer service was unhelpful and kept delaying the issue without giving any proper solution. As a customer, this was very frustrating and I felt completely ignored.

Based on my experience, I would advise others to be careful before ordering from this site.
