If I got 1/2 whole sit for the first half trip and the view was blocked 1/2 as well, due to I was assigned besides two other customers with huge column. Yet, after I submitted my review, the company reimbursed me half of the fee. I would have said the money is worthy. Their customer service afterward is excellent. Other than that. I really like the idea of picnic out of nowhere.

We’re sorry that your seating arrangement affected your overall experience. Seating on our helicopters is assigned based on aircraft weight and balance requirements and the safety of all passengers, so our crew assigns seats as opposed to allowing guests to select their own.
We understand that having a comfortable seat can make a significant difference, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective. We’ll be sure to pass your comments along to our team.

This was an amazing experience. The route taken over the Hoover Dam gave the best photo opportunity. The Grand Canyon was unbelievable and having lunch in it was something else. The pilot was professional, personable, knowledgeable (a great commentary) and funny. The choice of music played through the headphones was very well thought out with a couple of extremely apt tracks at the right time! For me a once in a lifetime experience which I will never forget. If you are visiting Las Vegas you must book this trip with Maverick Helicopters.
