I wrote 1 times at the italian official…

I wrote 1 times at the italian official website and 1 time at the international website and I never had a reply. 12000€ clock and after 2 years it doesen't work anymore and 0 support. I feel like I got cheated. I would never suggest this brand

I bought a Maurice Lacroix Moonphase watch and wish I hadn't.

I bought a Maurice Lacroix Moonphase watch in 2020, cost me just over £600. It turns out to be not just a watch but an investment, and not a very good one.
After a year and a half the battery needed replacing: it turns out that you can't take it to your local Timpsons but have to send it off to a specialist at a cost of £70.
Then this year (October 2023) half the five minute markers on the dial dropped off and fell into the moonphase indicator so the watch stopped working altogether.
An email to the company askingfor help received no reply so I've had again to go to a specialist who tell me that the dial can't be repaired so I have to buy a new one for £61 and pay them £85 to fit it. And soon, no doubt the battery will need replacing, so that's another £70 down the drain. I'm just wondering if there's any point in proceeding or if I simply give the whole thing up as a bad job.
Not the sort of service you expect from a so-called luxury watch manufacturer.
