Fab Sleep soul 800 mattresses
Bought two mattresses and they are great. Described as medium but I’d say they are more firm - they might soften with use but very comfortable and supportive. Delivered next day within their two hour slot and tracking provided. I’d recommend this company and would use again.

Good communication, fast delivery, the delivery guys were more helpful than I paid them to be ;P If you need a hand getting the mattress up, pay them cash directly, not through the site. They don’t see the money otherwise. Mattress is very comfortable. It IS firm, but not sore in anyway. Only had it for a few weeks but because it came as a whole open mattress I don’t foresee any reversal into a compacted or sagging mattress.

The delivery was on time
The delivery was on time, I was kept updated and the driver called when they were about 30 mins away. They delivered and unpacked to the room of my choice as directed and they were very helpful.

Excellent for small orders too
Fast delivery of a small order (mattress topper & bed linen). Small orders sent via Royal Mail, didn't need to be home to receive delivery. Competitive prices and had stock of the size I needed when other vendors didn't. Would definitely use again.

Delivery drivers very unhelpful
The mattress itself is ok however the delivery drivers were very unhelpful i paid extra for delivery to my bedroom and old mattress removal but they refused to help me unpack the mattress and I struggled as it was memory foam half way through unpacking it flung me back and I cut open my foot

We would therefore like the opportunity to investigate this properly, including the circumstances surrounding the delivery and the additional services you had paid for.
We are also sorry to hear that you felt unsupported by the delivery team and that you had difficulty unpacking the mattress yourself. We appreciate that a memory foam mattress can be difficult to handle, and we understand your frustration if you had paid for additional delivery services that you felt were not carried out as expected.
