Terrible company
Terrible company, completely lacking customer service. I ordered two mattresses specifically due to the fact that it was supposes to be delivered in 4 days. We were moving from abroad and had literally nothing to sleep on. When a week later the mattresses did not arrive, I called to cancel or change my order. I was informed that the mattresses were not shipped, yet, but I could not make any changes (contrary to the EU law). I can return the product, but I hVe to pay for shipping both ways. In spite of numerous requests not to ship the items, the company still shipped them. Now, I have to refuse delivery, and I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. Furthermore, the charge on the credit card company is for medical labs. This company is a scam.
