Excellent quick delivery as usual. However...
Ordered 50 as usual which has previously been delivered in two separate sleeves in the same envelope which meant the envelope could get through the letterbox. This order was left by the Post Office with a neighbouring address as the two sleeves were within another cover and too large to get through the letterbox.
The additional packaging isn't necessary, must cost you more in packaging costs and means what was previously delivered straight through my door wasn't !
Please take the new sleeve off !

Matchless Products and Service
The product works and actually put me off smoking real cigarette. I use matchless now for over a month and I feel much healthier. I was also pleasantly surprised at the quality of Customer Service. I phoned their customer service twice and my query was resolved swiftly and efficiently. I would recommend this company to smokers out there who are looking for a healthier option but not ready yet to quit totally.

My honest opinion is a positive one, even though I have had a few issues they have been dealt with efficiently and it is very refreshing that you can get an actual person to respond not just an automated service.

Matchless review
I believe the service given to me so far had been great staff have been helpful in answering questions and the product on the whole is good , only issue I would mention is that at times orders haven't gone through properly online and I have found this delays the product in getting to me although as of late this has not happened.
So keep up for great service.
