well first shipment i received was broken, i sent the shipment back all shipping was arranged by mastertools. they gave me a full refund and i placed the order again. I'm happy

Great support
Great support. There was a problem With a set of drills from Festool. In place of a 10mm diameter drill, there were 2 6mm diameter drills in a set from 5mm to 12mm. They sent me a new additional 10mm diameter drill to complete the set!
