Have bought and sold many car's, through MasterDriver over the last few years and each time, John and his team have all given outstanding customer service.
Can’t highly recommend this dealer enough and would not go anywhere else - top stuff John!

My Daughter recently purchased a car from Masterdriver. We cannot praise them high enough. They are so professional, courteous and helpful. The car she purchased, a Toyota Yaris, is excellent. She is so pleased with it. Masterdriver is a long established business that gave me complete confidence in dealing with them.

Got our new Mini a few weeks ago. Master driver has a Knowledgeable and experienced owner. Car in excellent condition, no problems with it. Has all the accessories and more than expected for the price. Transactions were simple, and straightforward all paperwork completed efficiently. Will definitely recommend as a welcoming and trustworthy sales venue.

This company is a little gem - professional helpful and friendly. My old mini had been looked after by Masterdriver for many years so I had no worries about buying my new mini from them. John couldn’t have been more helpful.

I’ve just sold my Mini Cooper Clubman to Masterdriver, John was a pleasure to deal with and the money transfer instant and this was our third dealing with the company as my daughter has brought 2 Mini Coopers from them previously and John has always been fair and trustworthy.

I read the reviews on Trustpilot before reaching out to Masterdiver about a nice looking Mini on Autotrader. The description was full and the photos clear. The price was also fair. I called John and asked if I could arrange an RAC inspection before going further, which was instantly agreed. The report came back confirming the information published by Masterdriver, with only a few very minor faults. I then travelled to take a look at the car and take it for a test drive. John and Steve went out of their way to be helpful, and were easy to engage with. With no real impediments I bought the car, sorted out the insurance, with Steve completing the V5C transfer on line and arranging the road tax for me so I could hit the road. It was a surprisingly good experience all round. I would highly recommend to you if you are interested in a good quality Mini of most styles and ages.

As I was 2.5 hours away I called about a Mini we really liked and John did a "panel by panel" walk round to check that there were no marks. They took a small deposit that was fully refundable, should for any reason we not want the car.

On collection John and Steve went out of their way to make the process easy and I went off very happy with my nearly new Clubman

Just got recovered after hitting a pothole which caused the tyre to deflate and damage to my alloy wheel. Got loan car immediately and car repaired within a coupleof days, couldn't fault the service I received from Brian and John. Resonably priced too, would definately recommend.

From the first phone call to the purchase of my Mini, it was easy, non pushy and friendly. It was great chatting with people who have a passion for mini's and knowing that they're specialists in the mini field puts your mind at ease too.
