Maria always over delivers in all her group and 1:1 sessions. Really appreciating her help and expert knowledge.

Maria has been very helpful and knowledgeable on all zoom meetings; she answered all questions satisfactorily. She has been patient with everyone. She was prompt to answer my message when I needed a quick advice regarding a property.

Maria is an excellent teacher in every way, with her you can learn a lot and she's very patient

Clear explanation

I am enjoying the new course content, the videos are a lot more in depth. More information, really good.
I have been a member since the end of September and enjoy the daily zoom calls with Maria, and learning from the members who are also active in the group sessions on a regular basis.

There are a few things that need to change ASAP in order for things to run smoothly for everyone. There needs to be a weekly meeting for new members. This meeting should be a welcome meeting to explain all the emails they have received, and how to access and utilise the course content/facebook group/WhatsApp/booking a mentor session. It may be good to let them know what email addresses they will need if they need to contact someone (their mentor, maria, or the academy). It must be so overwhelming for a new member to join some of our group sessions. And it’s also not fair for some existing members to have to go over this information every day, as it wastes the hour session that we have.

Another thing, the AIRDNA modules need to be changed ASAP as the site has been updated. This will avoid the repetitive questions around how to use Airdna.

Now, with communication. The Whatsapp group needs to be updated more frequently. It has gotten better. But it would still be great if meetings are running late, we are given an update. Sometimes, we are waiting for the meeting to start, and cannot contact Maria to find out if it is still happening. Of course, she is always lovely and apologetic.

The general consensus is that we prefer Zoom.

Lastly, communication between the team. This new package that has been announced needs to be clearly explained to all members of the team BEFORE it is announced to the student members. It is not fair for Maria to be out of the loop when she is the only person we communicate with on a daily basis. So she will be flooded with questions but not have the answers. As responses on the Facebook page from Lyna are much slower.

I like my coach and her coaching style. The airbnb academy is full of valuable training and support to push through.

Maria is an awesome teacher. She is very patient and does everything making sure that everyone understands the concepts of the topic. She is quick in responding to emails. Her desire for everyone to succeed in enormous. Well done and keep it up 😘 Tony Dickson

Without this course there is no way I could know how to use airdna or analysis but now I can even give a lecture about it. My experience is getting better day to day I really appreciate everything about the academy. And I’m very positive I will laugh one day!

I had my first 1:1 call with Maria and I have to say that she is the best, very patient and helpful during the whole process. I am still have a lot to learn and I am enjoying it so far.

The admin was very helpful and patient to address all questions and also gave many incisive details that could help me get go. Really a nice experience

Jennie was a joy to talk to! She was very reassuring and amicable. It was good to run some of my strategies by her and I managed to glean some golden nuggets from her in the process. All in all it has been a very positive start to my Airbnb journey assisted by Jennie and the team!

Hi, This is Rosalie, just had a 1-to-1 call with Jennie.
The outcome is that the meeting has taken away my fears and worries.
Jennie, not only, has a voice that is calming but her answers to my questions gave me satisfaction as well.
I am calmer, more settled, and at peace to continue my journey with the Airbnb Academy. Although I am slow, I am happy to go but surely and convinced that all will be well for me by God's Grace.
