Terrible experience
They clearly label sizes incorrectly in their size guide. The customer service is terrible. It's the first brand I have encountered that tell their customers they are stupid. Moreover, they try to convince the customer that refund is not possible, despite the respective laws.

Our Customer Service is exemplary, as stated in other reviews, and it is unfair to claim falsely that we tell our customers they are "stupid". This is factually incorrect and defamatory on your part, and all because you were unhappy to pay for shipping. Every one of our customers have the right to a refund within 14 days under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 for distant selling, and we clearly stated that in the email to you. It does not take much to be nice and courteous to our team that have been trying to help resolve your issues with kindness, humility and respect, instead you preferred to respond with tones of anger in almost every one of your emails to us. This we found extremely sad.

I am so pleased with the quality of the product that I have order (Couture Black waist trainer).The material is so soft and fits perfectly. Furthermore, the great customer service from the Support team that I have received starting from answering my queries by email in very short time (3-5 minutes). Going to the detailed information explaining everything I asked about. Not to mention how kind, polite, friendly, understandable was the person from the Support Team.
