Keine Ware, keine Info, kein Service!
Bestellte Ware wurde auch nach 13 Tagen nicht geliefert. Es gab auch keine Info darüber. Bei DHL wurde die Ware angekündigt, aber nie übergeben gemäss schriftlicher Auskunft.
Nach meiner Beschwerde sollte ich eine weitere Woche warten, aber NICHTS! DHL hatte auch nichts erhalten.
Es ist der schlechteste Kundenservice, den ich je erlebt habe, 1 Stern ist noch zu viel und ich bin auch nicht der einzige Kunde, der nichts erhalten hat.
