Finding a plumbing/heating engineer to come out within hours of calling is virtually impossible but these guys did it! When they realised we were without hot water and heating they obviously juggled their schedules to come to us. Can't tell you how grateful we are. The problem is sorted and I highly recommend this delightful outfit.

I have had Martyn ,and his team, for many years now. During this time he provided us with a new Worcester Bosch boiler, when our original boiler[not worcester] had to be replaced. Servicing has always been carried out very efficiently and at the appointment date & time. Super business and easily approachable and very competent. Also had several good quality radiators supplied and fitted.

Great service from Martyn’s team to fit our new WB boiler, the engineer worked nonstop to install the boiler and tidy existing pipe work doing a fantastic job. Really pleased with the boiler’s performance, there’s a real improvement in how well the heating and hot water work.

Really cant recommend this company highly enough. Broken boiler on Friday. Phone answered immediately on Saturday morning. Constructive help via Facetime from Martyn. 1 hr later engineer Dave arrived and got boiler going. Dave was so polite and professional. He knew exactly what needed doing. He then sorted my thermostat and booked a boiler service for the following week. Excellent highly professional service.

We were extremely pleased with the experience of having a new boiler installed by Martyn and his team. The process from quotation to fitting was quick, and we were impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of Joe and Connor who worked from very early in the morning till it was all done. They carefully explained how it worked and left the workspaces hoovered and tidy. Will definitely use this company again.

My heating stopped working. Martyn Young brought my annual service forward to"kill 2 birds with 1 stone". David, the engineer needed a part but did a temporary fix so that I wasn't without heat for longer than necessary. The problem was completed 24 hrs later. David was friendly and polite, and worked within current rules.

Had Martyn youngs to come service the boiler. And had excellent service the engineer came on time. Gave us a courtesy call before hand. Serviced boiler. Very polite team. Would highly recommend . Keep it up guys. Well done.

Impressed with the service and they dealt with our problem efficiently, without fuss and quickly. Very polite and courteous and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future and recommend them to others.

We had a boiler service & unfortunately this resulted in our boiler being shut off. We were expecting to need to replace it shortly as we'd had numerous issues recently so it wasn't a great surprise. However with a young child & the cold weather it was as the worst time possible!! We should not have worried as Martyn was amazing. He asked for some pictures, sent a quote with 4 different boilers included, called to explain each one to us & within 2 hrs our new boiler arrived. The very next day Martyn arrived at around 7:30am & started fitting it in. He needed to adapt some fixtures but worked solidly without a break until it was fitted, checked & working just after lunch time!! He arranged for the rubbish & old boiler to be collected in the meantime & cleaned up after himself. We now have a top of the range boiler that works so much more efficiently than the old one & thermostat. We have a 12yr warranty for peace of mind!
I cannot recommend Martyn & co enough- fantastic service right from the service throughout to our end result!!
He even took time to chat to my little one, whilst working, who was very interested in what he was doing!!
We will not hesitate to use again- annual service right through to issues that may arise!!

Brilliant level of service from Martyn and his team. I had a new boiler installed. Martyn started first thing in the morning and worked solidly until the job was completed. My wife and I were very impressed.

Very quick response to install a new boiler the next day after existing boiler was condemned as unsafe.

Martyn Young's team fitted for us a Worcester Bosch 42FS boiler and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Not only did they do a super job fitting the new boiler and getting our old Victorian House warm again - in every room with a radiator, after so many years with a 25+ year old boiler, but they were very efficient, hard working, on time, polite and left the house just as they arrived. Thank you so very much.
