If I could rate no stars at all on here, I would. The reason is because the men that turned up, had no idea how to move furniture in and out of rooms and damaged our wallpaper in our hall.
I emailed the company with photos showing the marks and with a ruler to show how big they are. I have heard NOTHING!
The men even asked ME how to move the furniture out. Absolute amateurs! I would have been better off doing the job myself.
Then there is the payment. It's advertised on their website that payment only takes place when the customer is happy. Not so! I had to do a pre-Authorisation and as soon as these people were gone, the payment left my bank account and I am NOT happy.

From 1st phone call to waving goodbye, the service has been amazing, great value for money, would recommend this company again & again, the two lads jack & Lee so helpful, total satisfaction, thanks to all the staff ,

Delightful couple of men who came to dispose of our old upright piano, but I could not believe that they came without any wheels or a sack truck. They managed surprisingly well but would never have carried the piano the full distance down to the van without the sack truck I loaned them.

This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. After my initial enquiry everything was perfect. I explained that I didn’t live with mum and she suffers with dementia and could get confused by men turning up. The person who I was dealing with was empathetic and understood and reassured me that mum wall nor even be disturbed if I left the waste out.
I was called just before collection by a lovely man to tell me that he was on his way.

If I could give more ⭐️ I would.

Genuinely impossible to fault this company, they were so helpful setting everything up, and really accommodating when things needed to be changed. Price was great and the people who came to collect stuff were really friendly and efficient. 10/10 would recommend and will use them again for sure!

Good sevice. Only issue i had was someone was supposed to call me an hour before they arrived and i didnt receive a phone call. I was not home but luckily we had contractors in who opened the door

The service given was excellent and the guys in the company called me every step of the way of when they were arriving and We are happy with the removal of items we required from our house.
Payment was very simple and we will be glad to use the company again.

Charged me without finishing the job. Five days later I am still waiting and I can't even get through to them on the phone. Eventually managed to talk to them. Apparently the job was completed adequately and as soon as was possible but they were so busy that they forgot to phone and tell me.

Recently had Martins Waste Solutions collect some waste from me after a garage clear out. The two chaps who turned up on time to collect were very polite, efficient and were finished in no time.
I would highly recommend this company.

They came early the next day after enquiry which was great. The workers were fast working, polite and friendly. They asked multiple times if there was anything else needed to be done before they left.
