Martin performed 2 hours of close-up magic at a 50th birthday party for 120 people. He was wonderful to work with - asked about and tailored his act to the very varied audience including older people and those with sensory impairments, as well as wowing a bawdy crew of bikers. Everyone got a good slice of the action and said how much they enjoyed it.

Martin was excellent

This was for a corporate party of 150 guests. Managed to make sure he worked his way around so everyone got to saw. He then mixed up the tricks as the night progressed. Very personable and had a good laugh

Martin lifted our event with his high-energy magic show and delighted the audience, which was mostly over-70s. He packed a lot of tricks into a short set and created great excitement and atmosphere. Thank you, Martin

Martin you were absolutely amazing yesterday at my daughter Jenny's 50th birthday party. You just cruised around chatting and magicking all our guest in little groups. It was so different and therefore wonderful to have our own personal touches of magic rather than watching you perform for everyone. A secret is that I never liked magic shows but you have changed my mind. You made each person feel like you were speaking directly to them and yet including the ones in our little group. You have a lovely demeaner, so friendly and inclusive. After you left everyone was speaking about how fantastic you were to engage with. I'm so glad you even took the time to write in Jenny's book of the day. I tried to find a way to give you the positive review you deserve but couldn't seem to find anyway to do so. The day was magic and 'your magic' just made it even more so. Thank you with all my heart.

We invited Martin for our corporate Christmas party and he was just truly amazing, Everyone liked his performance so much and we were all mind blown by his tricks.

This was the 2nd time we booked Martin for our works Xmas party and he does not disappoint! He is a huge hit with our team and amazes us all with his awesome tricks! I'm sure this will not be the last time we book him!

Martin John is by far the best all-round magician my company have encountered to date. I have personally used him on one occasion and twice for my company at Christmas parties, the last of which was 22nd December 2022.

On the private function which was in front of 8 adults and numerous children, he was excellent and caused great amusement to all of us with a huge span of ages. Similarly at the company functions, many people told me afterwards that he was the best magician they had ever seen. I have no hesitation in recommending Martin John for any requirements anyone has for an outstanding magician.

Martin Reed is an extraordinarily talented magician. We booked him for an office party three years ago through an agency and he was outstanding. So when we had a big birthday party for my wife last weekend near Winchester, I booked him again. He did not disappoint!

Not only does he do spectacular “big tricks” but he also achieves remarkable other magic even when you are looking at him only a couple of feet away! What is more, he is amusing and charismatic. His show last weekend was enjoyed by our young grandchildren and all the adults alike.
