The mascara Atomic is just the best mascara ever! I originally received it as a gift when I ordered the eyeshadow palette "Mini Tchoin Nude" (which is also amazing) and I was really impressed with the result on my eyelashes. I've been using only this mascara ever since! I actually bought 2 more during Black Friday and got the Eyeliner as a gift, can't wait to try it! Next purchase will probably be the eyeshadow palette Nano Tchoin or Petite Tchoin!

The quality of the product is insane.
The looks is great and the shipping time is so fast.

Martinecosmetics 's products are all fantastic 🤩

I've tried "669" and "triple X" eyeshadows palette. the color are absolutely amazing, easy to apply and stay all day!!
"Atomic" is a banger, i just can't have another one now!! My step daughter and best friend are also in love with this one.
"But first" is very great too, help to definite eyelashes and boost mascara.
"Bombastic" is also damn good, but "Atomic" is more suitable for me.
"Le nettoyant" is a great product, soft for the skin.

Appart from that, all the products are cruelty free and that is a very important criteria non-negociable.
The ingredients are all very clean and they are transparent about this.

I won' t talk about the marketing team whose work is totaly insane, extra creative and so much qualitative.

in sum, this brand is incredibly beautiful in all her products ❤️🏆

Customer service is terrible.
First customer and I tried to order during Black Friday. They made a deal for CYBER MONDAY but that deal was not working even before midnight. So I’ve contacted the customer service thinking it was maybe due to a glitch to their system and they would make it right.
But no and she’s claiming that it’s because I’ve placed the order after midnight while I was originally placing the order actually before midnight.

Contacted them on Instagram right away and by email. And this is her final reply.

It’s a shame to not honor your advertising.
