An Immature App Supported by a Constructive Management Team

I visited the company in person and explained all the problems I had experienced in detail. Two senior managers spent nearly an hour and a half with me, listening very sincerely and showing a strong willingness to understand the issues in the process. At the end of our meeting, they offered me a one-year Platinum membership and asked me to give the app a second chance.
Normally, I would never try again, but seeing how committed the managers were to their work, and feeling heard as a customer, I accepted their offer. After about a month of email communication, the one-year membership was granted.
From what I can see, there doesn’t seem to be any fraudulent intent :) It’s an app and an operational workflow that is still at a very early stage of maturity and clearly has a lot of room for improvement. That said, it appears they have a genuinely constructive management team. I’ll update my review after using the app for a few months.

I purchased a one-month Platinum subscription (~$5) on July 19, just to test the app. The problems started immediately and never ended.
- Cancellation process is a trap: You have to open a cancellation ticket, which takes 1–5 business days. If the new billing cycle starts in the meantime, they still charge you. If you cancel too early, they may terminate immediately and you lose the remaining days. In short, you must “guess” the exact golden day to cancel, otherwise you lose money.
- Cashback is incomplete: The promised cashback was not fully credited. I’ve been waiting for over 20 days, sent 2 emails, had 3 customer support calls, still nothing.
- Cashback withdrawal is a lie: When I tried to cash out the partial cashback, the app blocked me with a message saying I must “upgrade my membership.” Before subscribing, I explicitly asked support if I could withdraw even after the membership ends, and they said yes. Once I faced the problem, support told me it was a “technical issue” and would be solved immediately. It has been 20+ days. Still no solution.
They are extremely fast when it comes to taking your money, but when it comes to delivering what they promise, they simply disappear. Emails are ignored, calls go nowhere, and there’s zero accountability.
I’ve dealt with many non-customer-oriented companies in Turkey, but this is by far the worst. The whole system feels designed to lock you in and block you from using your rights.
⚠️ Do not trust this app. Save yourself the stress and money.
I couldn’t even evaluate the app as a product because of the initial issues, and on top of that, the app itself is poorly designed.
