Marshmallow discriminate against disabled people
Marshmallow have got to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my whole life and this is no exaggeration.
I had a car crash on 5th March and I rang them to log this... a week later and I hadn't heard anything from them so I called back and was forced to go through to new claims again as there is nobody else in any other department to talk to. When I finally got through, the lady informed me that no claim had been made on the 5ht March, I was completely devastated and in shock at how that had happened because my car had been recovered from the crash site.
They had made a massive error and I if I hadn't rang them, I would still be sitting here thinking I have a claim in progress and a car being fixed.
They then took a long time to progress, I could not contact them, they want you to communicate with them through a robot on line and real people do not contact you back until 5 days later and when they do they gaslight you and do not answer your questions.
As a disabled woman, I have requested a call back several times from a manager due to my needs as a disabled woman and nobody has bothered to call back since the first lady that called to ask me about the actual car crash.
They are trying to con me out of money due to me not informing them of my occupation change, they are telling me that because I didnt tell them that I was no longer a teacher that I now have to pay 29% of the repair costs for my car... what on earth has this got to do with my claim and my car crash, I already have to pay the excess of £775 which is fine but how can they tell me I need to pay 29% of the repair costs but not tell me what the actual cost of the repairs are and how are the two even related? This surely is daylight robbery. When I have asked for someone to call me back to explain why, they ignore me.
My car has been with them since the 5th March, today is the 16th April and there has been no progress.
They were trying to force me to make a decision based on not having information that they have.
They have seriously discriminated against me as a disabled person and have not followed UK law or legislation under the equality act 2010 which states service providers are to make reasonable adjustments for disabled people, in this case it was to communicate with me clearly because as a disabled neurodivergent person, I cannot communicate in the same way as somebody without my disability. There has not been equal access or opportunity for me in regards to communication. I need more clarity and a different form of communication and they have totally ignored that leaving me very vulnerable, distressed and not getting a fair service. I have suffered at the hands of this company and despite them still taking my monthly premiums which are always paid on time, I am not receiving a professional service whatsoever. I feel extremely saddened by this and have lost all faith and trust in this company. If you are a neurodivergent person or have any other disability, I would stay away from this company at all costs. I am shocked and appalled that this company have been allowed to operate in this way and been blatantly discriminative.
I still have heard nothing back from them in regards to my car repairs and the worst thing is, is that they haven't even investigated the 3rd parties liability, I had to contact them myself and I got more information from them myself and actually spoke to a senior advisor.
When you have provided such a poor incompetent service to a customer, surely you should grant the customers request when they ask to speak with a manager, especially when they have told you that they have accessibility needs due to their disability and when they have been ignored online for days and weeks on end.

I haven’t yet and hopefully won’t have any claims. But in terms of respecting foreign experience and changing the policy on the go everything is brilliant. I just passed my driving test and Tyler changed it in less than an hour after I passed. Price adjusted respectfully.

I have never, ever come across a company to get hold of, or communicate with. I can’t get their app because my I phone won’t update to 17. The live chat doesn’t work even with a 48 hour delay( I’ve been trying since Saturday, ) and the email address will not receive my emails and no one appears to have a phone number. All I need to do is update my card details. Very very low view of a company I can’t get hold of . Alan Groves

What a s**t show of a company
What a s**t show of a company. No telephone number to call. Tried to contact them numerous times and do no reply to emails and never responds in the live chat. Had an accident two months ago and all ive got is one email with a claim number and a car sat on the drive.Do not use this company.
