I actually got what i ordered and I'm happy with it so far, but it took weeks and they didn't respond to anything from update inquiries to simple questions about the mouse itself. Be wary, i may have just been lucky.
I have ordered the Zephyr pro mouse and have been waiting for it for the past month. Marsback has not answered any of my emails, it is a SCAM do NOT buy from Marsback. (I don’t know how the mouse is a scam because Marsback are the original creators of it but it’s still a scam)

I’ve ordered Zeohyr Pro. They replied for firat email that they will send it in this week”. It was last week of August. It’s 13 days since i ordered mouse. They don’t reply on emails, on facebook, instagram is dead. I’ve asked for cashback because they don’t ship my package in 14 days. Nobody answered. Another crowd founding scam.
Pre-ordered the M1 keyboard months ago. I've since sent emails to customer service. They're active in Twitter, even to the day I wrote this review, but no response to me. I have no idea the status of my pre-order. I haven't received a thing other than confirmations. I'm convinced I've been scammed out of my money. If you want flashy hardware buy somewhere else.

That last one I know I've read reviews of their gaming mouse. Some of them where three days old at time of this writing. This is an active company. There's no reason for this to be happening.
Full on scam. Went to the website through a Kickstarter campaign and purchased the item. It's been over a month since it was supposed to arrive, the support email no longer exists, the Facebook page no longer replies, and the website continues to sell the same items.
