The Lee Jacket was brand new and half of the RRP. It still had all the tags on and hadn't been worn. Dispatch and delivered promptly and well packaged. Highly recommended vendor

The shoes came as described, which made them an absolute bargain. Royal Mail (delivering out of the UK) was terrible though. Marrkt CS was quick and proactive. The tracking number wasn’t updated even after the parcel has been delivered. YMMV out of the UK.

Unfortunately Markkt has caused much distress due to lack of attention to basic details. Shipping hundreds of dollars in a paper bag is unacceptable. When trying to return items the response was “we never received it.” The website is great the clothing is amazing. The lack of attention to basic details are a deterrent for repeated purchases.

Marrkt is a great marketplace but runs into the same problem as therealreal. Measurements are often a tossup, and need to be more reliable.

I hope they get enough feedback and eventually start adding the measurement photos with the clothes and clear pictures of the item labels/tags. I know I'm not the first to recommend it.

In this case, I ordered high rise pants based on their measurements and the result was a full inch off. The fit came off very different as a result. Unfortunately not the first time measurements/tags were off from a marrkt order.

The purchase was easy, shipping was quick, and the boots I purchase arrived looking exactly as described. Overall I am very happy with Marrkt.

Had an amazing experience buying from here, bought a pair of used boots, delivery was quick as I had them in my hands the next day, unfortunately they had sent me the wrong pair, the response was absolutely amazing as I emailed them they responded in about 5 minutes and in about 30 minutes I was on my way to the post office to send back the boots I recieved, and I recieved the ones I originally ordered today (today being the day after I originally recieved the boots) Overall amazing experience defintely will shop again and I definetely recommend.

Hi. I've shopped at Marrkt for years, maybe a few signature pieces a year, and you still deliver the same fuzz free experience. Swift handling and processing of the order, shipping is easy to understand and reasonably priced to the Nordics, and the bargains really do feel like a steal of a deal just like finding an amazing jewel at a premium thrift store. But you're not a thrift store, you're something more, you're Marrkt. Do you guys even age? I mean you guys still have the same energy like when you started up. Keep that up!
