Markus Muehle Reviews 

When I checked the Markus Muehle uk website it said sold out. It looks like an old 1990s HTML website. So I can’t speak for that. But I’ve bought Markus Muehle Black Angus food off Bitiba and I have to say it is excellent. Price point is fair and actually a good value when you consider it’s got excellent ingredients and is cold pressed.

I’m really annoyed that all the premium British foods are obsessed with grain free and replace the grains with sweet potatoes and peas. Look into it, peas and other legumes are associated with heart disease i dogs. Some of the Markus Muehle recipes have peas but some don’t, so at least there are options. Just read the ingredients. Grain is not actually bad for dogs, especially rice and millet. It would be better to use white rice than brown rice, but it’s hard to find the perfect food especially when social trends are promoting nonsense like vegetables which are not actually good for dogs.

I think this is high quality food at a good price. All five dogs coats are super shiny on it!

My 14-Year-Old cocker spaniel was extremely enthusiastic about the parcel, chews the kibble without difficulty. The reviews I read complained of the couple being too large, irregular and too hard, not the case, might be an issue inserting into a dog toy. I want to note that the shape is not sharp or random which was the mental image conjured by other reviews.

Very impressed with the packaging. Arrived in cardboard box with good paper tape (no plastic!) Inside was the product packaged in a double-layered strong paper bag.

I managed to complete my order with an incorrect postcode, I immediately emailed to correct and got a response faster than I would expect for normal SLA and office working hours. Ordered on Saturday night, arrived Wednesday daytime, (with an address correction) I'm very satisfied with delivery time.

The packaging recommends an adult dog has 1.2% of body weight per day.

Dog is going from supermarket brand kibble at 90g per meal to 68g. There's also a large difference in volume as supermarket brand kibble is airy and this product is compact. Just the highlight there will be significant weight and volume changes for people transitioning from less nutritionally dense food.

It hasn't been long enough to fully assess the results of what comes out the other end of the dog.
