Item not received
Ordered on the 6th December had tracking from evri on the 8th December for a 2 day delivery Status has not changed since then. Have been told on several occasions mark hill customer service have contacted evri but now 19th December and the only contact is from evri saying they have misplaced my parcel but still nothing from mark hill hair. This was a Christmas present and can't even reorder as stuff out of stock. Terrible service from both customer service teams.

Love these products… I have twin teen daughters so now they both have a set of your pick n mix hair tools..! Last Christmas caused chaos when one received these and the other did not.. now this Christmas I’ve balanced it out so I’ll get lots of brownie points lolz 👍 they love experimenting with the different kinds of curls, the styling products are really good too 👍

Very Poor Quality & No Customer Service
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. The product arrived cheaply made with a strong plastic smell, so I returned it unused. They told me I had to send it via recorded delivery, which cost me £21.64 something most companies cover as return.
Customer service has been terrible. I emailed twice after the parcel was delivered back to them on 25th November, and they haven’t responded at all. No update, no acknowledgement.
My refund is still pending, the company hasn’t replied, and the issue is still not resolved.
Overall, poor quality product and even worse customer service. I won’t be ordering again.

Regarding your return, we confirm that your package was received on 25th November and your refund was processed on the 28th November.
You paid for Special Delivery guaranteed by 1pm, which is a very expensive delivery method, and we wouldn’t typically recommend it. A more cost-effective option would have been Tracked 48 with Royal Mail.
We understand your frustration about the return postage you chose.
Please note that our current return policy states that customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified, which is why the postage was not covered. This was explained to you when you requested the returns address, and it is also clearly stated on our website.

Excellent customer service 5*
I ordered the outlet bundle as it was on offer. My order was processed and dispatched very quickly. However my order was lost by the courier service used. I contacted the couriers several times but the issue wasn't resolved. I contacted Mark Hill customer service for assistance and within a couple of days they had sent me an upgraded version of my order at no extra cost.
Their customer service was second to none and they really did go above and beyond to resolve my issue, despite the fault not being theirs. Thank you so much.

There customer service was excellent when I had a problem with one of their hairdryers in warranty. They replaced no problem, perfect. Would have no hesitation in buying further Markhill products as they are as good if not better than their competitors.

What can I say - fantastic company
What can I say? I dropped my flexi styler and broke the circular ring inside so the attachments wouldn’t stay in place. Contacted mark hill asking to buy a replacement but as it was still under the 2 year warranty they offered to send me a replacement no questions asked. So nice to finally experience great customer service ❤️❤️

I would give more stars if I could
I would give more stars if I could. I had an item missing from my parcel and I contacted the company straight away which they got straight back to me and they cldn’t be more helpful if they tried. I was immediately sent out a replacement item without any hassle at all. I would recommend Mark Hill 100% and will certainly be purchasing again in the near future. Can’t comment on the items purchased as they are a Christmas present and havn’t been opened yet but no doubt they will be perfect.

No box not ideal for gifting
Fast on order and delivery. Extremely disappointed item bought was not in a box packaging loose in a cardboard box? Certainly wasn’t expecting that? Bought as a gift for my daughter. Emailed yourselves regarding my complaint and never received a reply. Let’s hope this item works on Xmas day and not second hand. Also your customer service reply’s to your customers.
