What a fantastic family run company to buy from! A colleague of mine highly recommended seeing the superb pianos Mark had in his showroom, as they had bought one from him last April. We purchased a beautiful 1985 Yamaha U3 from Mark Goodwin last week, and I can honestly say the service was 'spot on' right from the start. The range of pianos on offer is probably the best you would find anywhere, and all are in exceptionally reburbished condition and play beautifully. It really was a difficult decision deciding on our eventual choice. Well done to Mark and everyone at Mark Goodwin Pianos. I will most definately recommend to anyone who wants a lovely piano and at a competitive price too.

I can't praise Mark Goodwin Pianos highly enough. From the first email communication to the final delivery, everything has been very professional, quick and of top quality. I was able to arrange a showroom visit exactly when I wanted (on a public holiday), and was given freedom to play all the pianos for as long as I wanted - and got a cup of tea thrown in! The U3 I selected was fitted with a silencing kit, which I didn't want, but they agreed to remove it. All the information given, and the purchase process, was simple and easy to understand, and the additional info on the website was extremely useful. Even with the removal of the silencing kit the delivery was scheduled within 2 weeks, and the deliverers even agreed to come at 7.30am as I had a family funeral that day. The delivery was quick and smooth, expertly negotiating the narrow staircase. The piano itself is exceptional, I am absolutely delighted. Having been saving for a long time to make this purchase, I wanted to make sure it was perfect - I could not have hoped for better. I have already recommended the company to others, and will mot hesitate to do so again.

We would not hesitate recommending Mark Goodwin Pianos as the best company from which to purchase a piano - whatever your requirements. They are so accommodating a full of advice for those 'novice' purchasers to ensure the best purchase. Our 8 year old daughter is over the moon with her Yamaha U3 - we cannot thank Jenny and Julia enough for their very professional and very friendly approach to all our queries! Very highly recommended - excellent (the delivery, too, was a very smooth and professional experience). Thank you!

Could not fault the service, care, and attention to detail. Showroom was opened on a Sunday for my daugter and I. Nothing was too much trouble and piano technician Laura, was a delightful host. Very nice to meet Mark and speak to Julie over the phone, their aim is to ensure that you select the piano that's right for you. The piano itself was delivered in three days by two very pleasant gentleman who took a genuine inerest in its purpose. The quality is outstanding - it looks brand new and has a wonderful sound. If you're looking to invest in a piano Mark Goodwin's is where you should start. We travelled 85 miles to the showroom and it was well, well worth it.
