$7,000 dollars in repair bills one year after vehicle purchase

I purchased a 2020 GMC Terrain AWD from Marion automotive group in October 2025. At the time of purchase, I was told by their sales agent, Kyle, that the vehicle was in fine working condition when I purchased it. Almost immediately the issues began. The breaks had to replaced within the first two weeks. A few months later, the had to be replaced again. Quickly after that the fuel door broke and will not stay closed. The rink of my car still randomly opens despite Marion Automotive looking at it, dismissing it altogether. 33 days ago while using my car for work, the break system failed while driving resulting in me having to swerve though a red light and go into a parking lot. I am now having to have a new engine installed on a car that I’ve only had for one year. The repair expenses are up to $7,000.00 at this point. Shame on this dealership selling automobiles they know aren’t going to last. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing one of their certified pre-owned automobiles.
