Lost package
For a quick service, our package is untrackable for over 3 weeks.
I have a shippment from Chicago to Hungary that we used them as 3rd party service. We provided all the custom forms, invoices etc multiple times. When I called for updates they were extremely uprofessional, rude and agressive.
They claim the package is stuck at Fedex, and that's where the hold-up is, they said they filed a claim with them June 19th. I asked to send the sender and the receiver a copy of the claim, we shall see what is next.
So far, it has been a nightmare working with them, and most of all we needed the content of package for work. I hate writing bad reviews, and will do an update how things working out.
