The worst customer experience ever.

I bought 5 fleeces last august from Marie. (8 months ago!!)
After sending her the payment (200euros) I never heard from her again.

No answears to my calls, messages or multiple emails.
No tracking numbers, no information about package. No package received.

I asked money refund endless times.
No answear still after 8 months.

I take this as a theft.

It is now a fortnight since MR told me for the second time that she had sent my goods 24 hours tracked. This followed an extensive communication, many emails going unanswered, as she said it had been sent 24 hours tracked weeks before after I asked her why I had no updates since the original purchase and I had asked her for tracking details. She promised them 'in the morning' repeatedly, then, eventually, a couple of weeks ago, I said I would request a refund via the bank as I was clearly being lied to and wanted to make sure I had raised my concerns with the bank in good time. She then said she would fetch the promised details that night, but did not appear in my inbox until the. next day saying she had scanned and posted the parcel herself that morning because she had looked through all her tracking tickets and must not have sent it 24 hours tracked after all, despite having assured me repeatedly this had been done. The tracking details she provided, which looked like a photograph rather than an ordinary tracking message, but did bear my address, showed goods with that label had NOT been scanned that day, although the label had been generated. There was a scanning update on the Monday (so eleven days ago now) saying the parcel had been scanned, and there has been no update since then. My email to her asking her to contact Royal Mail and arrange a full refund has been ignored for days. There is absolutely no excuse for this behaviour. The energy spent fabricating tall tales and fending off distressed buyers would be better spent sorting out orders or winding up the business, because this is harmful and unethical behaviour, and nobody will accept excuses for it. If someone has the energy to weave a web of misinformation, they have the energy to tell the truth, and the EXTREMELY keen communication BEFORE the sale shows that MR can be right on the money when she wants to.

I’ll summarise my review as to write all about the many many excuses that I have been given by the person/s who respond/s on the this Etsy site and associated Avatar picture Mariereddingarts…for failed paid for orders would take far too long. There is an inference by this person or whoever they are that they make the items. I ordered several but failed to receive and still waiting for the last one. However the communication are odd and contradictory referring to them then being made by others who are dropping stuff off. The messages from M when collated seems like they are totally a disorganised dispatch centre that doesn’t dispatch anything - in my case a generated tracking no that went nowhere to my address and still says expected. I don’t know the purpose of taking money then not fulfilling the order but it’s time wasting and annoying. Even when they say ‘if it turns up let me know if you still want it’ but it never did and I’m still waiting for this other order? Watch this space - or not.

Quick service and item just as described

I am still waiting for items that I ordered in September. The one part I did receive came damaged. It takes weeks for my messages to be answered and then it is all false promises about the goods being sent. I have saved the messages so I have proof that all I have stated is true.

Beautiful fiber! The colors are amazing

Everything is just perfect: the wool batts I ordered are just phantastic, so beautifulI! There was a small problem with the international mail, but Mrs Redding took care of everything so that the parcel was delivered as soon as possible to my address in Switzerland. I wish to thank Mrs Redding so much for her help and the lovely wool. I certainly will order again !

I purchased a beautiful Balwen fleece from Marie and it is perfect. Just as described, arrived promptly and well packaged. Very happy indeed!

I bought two alpaca fleeces from Marie. They were dispatched the same day and arrived 48hours later. Really excellent quality fleeces with very little veg. Matter and no secondary cuts. A really easy transaction.

Marie is very friendly en helps well. The sheep wool is beautiful, thank you.

So you may have noticed that I’ve made many bad reviews about Marie reading arts, this is because this lady hasn’t sent me my £192 worth of products that I ordered in February , I want to worn every one that although lots of people have recieved their orders many of us haven’t you just need to check out her Etsy account , so a warning not to give this lady business as you could be the next victim. I’m coming here because she is ignoring all contact I make and she leaves me no choice , it’s very sad and the trouble with Marie is that she always has an answer or blames someone else or just lies.

Marie is a great seller. I needed to know about a specific item and she responded to my query very quickly. I bought a needle felting shaping tool which was very well made. My item was delivered by Royal Mail tracked and arrived very quickly. Marie has a wide variety of tools and materials for needle felting. I recommend this seller and I will be purchasing from her again.

I've bought a few art batts from artisan Marie. They are lovely colours and expertly dyed. First class products and excellent communication.

I ordered from Marie's Etsy shop and her online shop, nothing arrived. I was told it had been posted and she would share the tracking number, she didn't. I placed my order on the 8th may and have just had a refund from Etsy (but no refund for the online shop order of £17.50) with no explanation. Wish I'd read trustpilot first. In answer to your reply Marie, I've checked my messages and you do not mention anything about lost in the post. You ask me to change my feedback and lie.

Beautifully coloured materials arrived exactly as expected and as described for spinning into yarn. Very obliging seller who quickly replaced a parcel lost in the post. Lovely communications, and very helpful. Bought twice now, and very happy 😊
