Would NEVER recommend them to anyone!!! Flowers were ordered at 2:30 pm Geneva time on 4th of December to be delivered any time on 5th of December. Therefore, the order was placed at least 24 hours before 2:30 pm next day with a few hours left for urgent request. Flowers have NEVER been delivered (website says same day delivery, RIGHT?). Amount of order is €126, not the cheapest stuff. I’m going to put the claim immediately to get money back. I WOULD NEVER EVER recommend this service to anyone. Disgusting! Ruined the beautiful day and present for my friend’s Birthday. I’m in Australia and she is in Switzerland, so I wanted something special for my bestie. Maria Florista RUINED the special occasion completely!!!

Same experience as others. Flowers never arrived. I contacted my bank Lloyd's (I paid by debit card) and they have refunded the transaction. But my sister didn't have flowers from me on her wedding day...

Placed rider on November 21 for delivery on November 22nd as a thank you gift for friends who had hosted us in Portugal for the previous week but nothing delivered. So after two days of calling all numbers given as contacts with no response from any of them, sent messages both by email and the company's contact form on their web page and still no response, so conclude these people are rip off artists and I have opened a PayPal dispute to. Recover my money, but the damage is done because the thoughts and gesture to thank our friends for their kindness is now wasted through to protracted timescale. DO NOT us e these people, they are scum scam operators!

Don't use them they are a rip off fraudulent, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them I flew to Switzerland for a funeral I ordered and paid for flowers for 7th November which was the day before the funeral they did not arrive I had to go to the flower shop where the order was placed by Maria Fiorista where I was told they had been paid by them and could not carry out the the contract. I had to pay the flower shop again to get the flowers on time for the funeral so this cost me twice I am still waiting for my refund ignore the one star they are worst than bad they are disgusting.

Like many I ordered flowers from Maria Fiorista BEFORE reading these reviews. I ordered in the UK for next day delivery to Portugal, these were for my dying Grandmother. I paid 111 euros, just under 100 pounds, the flowers did not arrive the next day. I have been calling everyday on several different numbers, no one ever picks up, I have emailed several times - no reply - and 5 days later still no flowers. What saddens me is that my grandmother is now in hospital and Maria Fiorista took away the last gift of joy i arranged for her whist she was still at home - it would have made her so happy to have received the flowers and gift I had arranged for her. I cannot believe that a company like this is still able to trade and take peoples money. They are dishonest, scammers, fraudsters and need to be shut down.

Ordered funeral flowers for HOME delivery. It NEVER HAPPENED!Andrew Carrano sent emails stating they will send in a week when Mass is held?? Also said "as a matter of delicacy, funeral gifts are not delivered to relatives' homes" It's none of their business!!
They are dictating when to deliver flowers??
Vey dishonest and dishonourable company, they twist and turn and give you excuse after excuse and meanwhile they have your money and NO DELIVERY. Do not ORDER from them!! I paid with PAYPAL and opened a case to get my refund.

Please don't order from "Maria Fiorista"! Delivery is late and they not only scam there customers, but also their partner companies delivering the flowers!

We ordered 4 bouquets for an important event the next evening. Throughout the day before and the day of I tried to get in contact with the company, but never got a response, either by phone, email or chat. Finally, we had to order from another flower shop, because there was no delivery before the event. So we ended up paying twice!

The next morning, after the event, the flower shop who is apparently partner of "Maria Fiorista" in Austria contacted us. They said that they no longer deliver flowers before getting the money from "Maria Fiorista", because the company already owes them €5000. They finally received the money the evening of our event. The shop apologized and sent us flowers in a different format, so we could use them for something else. They themselves told us to please contact them directly in the future, and not order with "Maria Fiorista" again.

Besides the delay, "Maria Fiorista" also apparently makes a hefty profit from each order: We paid €290 to them directly and the shop delivering the flowers told us they received €140.

I really wish I read the reviews before placing an order!

Ordered some flowers online in Monaco to be delivered the next day, as guaranteed. Called with no answer and emailed many times to confirm estimated delivery time.

The next day, no flowers arrived and no answer on the customer services line. I emailed with again no reply.

The day after, I got an email to say the flowers would be delivered today as yesterday was a festival holiday (even though the website let me place an order for that day delivery etc) and guess what, they didn't arrive. I called, no answer and emailed 3 times.

It's the day after and ive emailed to cancel my order and issue a full refund. I will be very surprised if they respond to me but I will be chasing up to get a full refund.

No apology received or confirmation of my refund yet.

Do not use this website. I ordered a plant for my Aunt’s birthday, we live in the UK and she is in Sweden. A few (5 or 6) flowers (not a plant) were delivered a week late. Having read other reviews I should be grateful that my Aunt received something.

Ordered - not delivered - claimed refund - never an answer - luckily I paid through PayPal - filed a complaint on my PayPal - received money back from PayPal who stated : Because we were unable to obtain additional information from AJC International Semplificata S.R.L. regarding your claim, this case has been resolved in your favor and you have received a refund .

Before reading the reviews I used this company for the first time the other day. And I have to say I was not all that impressed. After paying what turned out to be $100 (AUD) after the exchange rate to send my girlfriend 3 roses and a teddy, I received no receipt, and no message saying it had been delivered, they did however arrive on the same day, quite quickly. My girlfriend was very excited and loved the gift, but when she sent me a photo it was not what I had ordered. The roses were not fresh and the teddy was the wrong one, what she received was not a medium sized fluffy bear that was advertised but a tiny hard bear. She did love it though but it was definitely not worth what I paid. I tried to call to give them my feedback but the phone just rang out. The customer service of this company is not what it was advertised to be. Thank you to the company for getting her flowers there in time. But I will not be using this company again.

It’s a fraud don’t order here. No one answer

I made a order to my friend's birthday. The different flowers have arrived with 3 days delayed. I tried to call the, but nobody answered to the phone.

Unfortunately I didn't read thie reviews on time, now it's too late and I risk to loose 104€
I hope to be able to have refound thanks to Paypal

Definitely a scam!!!

I ordered flowers to be delivered in Italy and they didnt deliver. They didnt answer to my calls neither to my emails.
But I was charged 69 euros and never got them back.
Avoid this scam website!

Flower were delivered as expected, on the same day. However I'm not sure why they haven't responded to any of my emails. Something is obviously wrong with this company. I really thought that this was a scam

Hello there
i order a flower bouquet to be delivered same day in Italy.
They didn't delivered and also i am still waiting for my money back since May 2019.
Nobody answers by phone or email. I ask my bank to put a chargeback to them.
So do not ask them for any help. You will lose your money and also the chance to make somebody happy.
