Chair Yoga…
I have been doing chair yoga for about 2 years now. I look forward to our weekly practise for many reasons, mostly because Maria our tutor is a breath of fresh air. Her classes are very welcoming and each week our yoga includes a variety of exercises which makes it interesting. There is no limit to Maria’s enthusiasm and she obviously loves what she does. Chair yoga has many health benefits and that is why feeling good and keeping flexible are so important to me. Maria and her yoga participants are a winning team.
