What should I say

What should I say, I placed an order for around 500 USD I entered the discount code and added an item not discounted. These people couldnt even offer a 10 USD discount on the non discounted item because the item in it self was below 50 USD 😂 Even though their coupon state purchases over 50USD are valid. What an greate way to scam a few extra dollars of people... 😂 And just to top the whole thing of they decided that it probably was me and that I couldn't read 😂 my god what an insanely stupid webshop
