Bought a pair of on shoes on the January sale. I chose store pick and everything went as planned

Just wanted to thank them for getting that package out to me quickly and for Carolyn for the quick response time in the email

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ONLINE! I ordered running shoes online from this company. My card was charged immediately. For days, it never showed any shipping activity during this time. I wrote three unanswered emails to their support. On the third day I started calling stores as there is no phone number for online. Though my calls were during business hours, no stores answered the phone. Finally, on the third store,e I got someone and explained. They said Online they can't help me with, but someone from that store did call me back and said they would try to help. I finally got a stock answer from their support and my status changed to "processing" on their website, but still no shipment went out. Eventually, after two more days, it changed to shipping. Well, I received a notification that arrived. Bear in mind this was the Monday after my weekend event that I wanted them for where I had to wear my old shoes and my feet are still hurting from. Guess what? No shoes showed up at my private house where I have never lost a package. I waited until the end of the next day and once again wrote their support saying no shoes!. They sent a response saying check the neighbors etc. I said I'm disputing the charges. They wrote back later the shoes were sent the wrong city. Of course they were, what a nightmare. You have been warned!~

extremely helpful. He is very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He explained different options
to correct my problem. Tyler is an asset to your company.

I cannot say enough good things about this business! Customer service is out of this world and business owner sets high standard to make sure customers have pleasant experiences and are happy with purchases!I returned online running shoes order after trying out 8 miles! Their return policy is remarkable! I feel bad to return shoes but the customer Rep insists I still meet requirement within 30 days, so I should return . I finally got a gift card with full price ! From now on Marathon Sports store is my favorite one to order running shoes!Thank you so much ! You , the Representative and the company exceeded my expectation!

This is a great store with very professional staff. They take their time and help you find the perfect shoes for your running style and the support you need for your feet. I love this shop and always come here when I need new shoes! I recommend them to everyone who takes their running seriously.

Finally found the right running shoes for me this morning at the Åboulevard shop. Received excellent recommendations and guidance. The guy helping me (I forgot to ask his name but he deserves some praise) took all the time needed, guided me through different brands and models and I actually learned some things about my running style and the correct type of shoe to support it.
Walked out shortly after with a pair of shoes I'm really happy about. Thank you so much and keep up the good work!

I bought running shoes at Marathon Sport. Both model and size were chosen by a customer assistant.

The personnel working in the store is nice and makes impression that they know what they are talking about, but… let’s look at the facts:
-they have chosen wrong size for me - one size too small, as a result I’m not able to run in my new shoes more than 2 km because my feet hurt a lot
-I went to the shop to ask why my feet hurt when I’m running in the shoes they have chosen for me as the best fit. Their told me to buy the same shoes one size bigger
-as a compensate for advising me to buy wrong shoes, they offered 10% discount for buying new shoes one size bigger

I’m very disappointed that 10% is the best they can offer and that (even that they make impression of being professional) they are apparently not so good in their job. I would not take a risk again to make any purchase based on their recommendation.

I'm changing my rating to one star because I feel ignored and my complaint has not been resolved: I contacted Jacob around one month ago. He promised to "see what has happened". And I have not heard from him again. He didn't reply my email when I asked him for the status.
