I Purchased my Audi in May, great car loved it. Since then I've not recieved the paperwork, nor the 12 month warranty I purchased. Recently have some water pump issues and I've had to pay for it to be fix.

I can't get hold of anyone, no replies to emails, phone calls or texts.

It is entirely possible that these are really lovely people to do business with. However, after two text messages, two e mails and two WhatsApp messages left over a week, none of which were actioned save for. “I’ll call you today” reply, which call never came, I’ll never know. Possibly an opportunity missed, but who knows. It did get me thinking that if it’s this difficult to buy a car, what might it be like if it goes wrong. It’s a real shame as the car I want looks really nice!

Recently purchased a BMW M2 from these guys, was a bit hesitant at first due to my age and was worried about not being taken seriously! My concerns were quickly dismissed! I dealt with Natisha (Tish) for the entirety of my deal and she was absolutely fantastic! I genuinely couldn't fault her, it made the whole sale a delight and I will certainly use Mantis again for future sales! Thanks guys and special thanks Tish!!

I have now purchased 3 vehicles through Mantis Cars - 3 very different cars across very different price ranges - Audi R8, Range Rover Sport and now a Nissan Navara for a run around truck. The customer service for the Navara has been just as fantastic as it was for the R8. I cannot recommend enough! Great cars and great service!

I bought a beautiful Abarth from Mantis Cars yesterday. The service was excellent (as is the car!). Sam was helpful and friendly. The company organised a quick five day insurance so I was able to drive away after purchase. The company is based in a beautiful rural area just outside Colchester and has a sublime collection of performance cars.

Recently purchased my second car from the Mantis team and was just as enjoyable as the First. I told Ant an idea of what I wanted and within Days he had found it. From the first phone call to Ant to taking delivery of my car the service was 5*.
I love this car.... but already looking forward to swapping again in 12 months

I actually went there to buy a really pretty little green Jeep Wrangler....only to find it sitting next to literally millions of pounds worth of pristine sports cars in a very large warehouse. Very quick deal. Easily done by pleasant helpful staff who drove it to me a few days later. Even though there was little history of the vehicle I purchased I had total confidence in Mantis Cars and am very happy with my jeep. or rather my girlfriend is!!

Went to Mantis cars today to pick up our BMW M2. I have to say they were brilliant. From the salesman, who I hate to say forgot his name, who needs congrats as I hate pushy salesmen and he wasn't. But he was good with explaining everything. To Sam who we dealt with for paperwork, who was brilliant and quickly had us on the road. We have dealt with many garages over the years, but this was so straight forward and carried out in a very professional manner so would recommend to anyone looking for a specific car to get in touch with them. Congratulations guys on an outstanding service. (Sorry we had to turf u out of our car😂) x

Found a car I liked and contacted mantis to arrange a viewing and to get a part exchange price for my car. Went by appointment only on the Sunday. Was greeted by Anthony who was really friendly and helpful. Got a great part exchange price and finance was processed quickly. Went and picked the car up on the Saturday. All so easy and straight forward. Very professional and friendly at mantis and would highly recommend them for anyone in the market for a prestige car. Will definitely go there for a car again in the future.

Easy purchase good customer service even though it was all done over the phone and I didn’t visit the garage once as 250 miles away from me. Vehicle was delivered Free of charge and as described and as in photographs sent to me.

After a year of reviewing which car I wanted to buy I finally decided on a 500 Abarth. Mantis we’re selling a beautiful campvolo grey one so a week ago I went to view the car and I was instantly sold. There was a couple of issues with the car that needed to be sorted out but Mantis didn’t hesitate to sort them out for me so I put a deposit down there and then. I went back today to buy the car after having them efficiently sort the issues out throughout this week. Excellent customer service, excellent array of cars and safe to say I would’ve left with a beautiful orange Mustang if I could’ve afforded it but I couldn’t recommend Mantis cars anymore! Very honest and genuine, not any of your usual assisted sales car salesman. Safe to say they’re one of the best prestige dealers around.

What a brilliant experience, total freedom to inspect the vehicle at our leisure, no pressure whatsoever. Every member of the team was professional and trusting, allowing us to test drive the high performance engine alone. Drinks & sweets on arrival and some friendly banter to make the visit enjoyable regardless if you make a purchase or not! The general feeling was that it was run by a team of enthusiasts and no corners had been cut. Fresh service and all tyres matching with tread etc. The other cars for sale were all stunning, even offered a test drive in one of their flagship classics despite 0 intention of purchasing it.

The sale itself was easy, the car was exactly as described but they still did me a deal so I was able to take it away there and then. Threw in a weeks insurance so I didn't need to sort that out immediately. 6 month hassle-free warranty provided to avoid any initial worries. Would recommend to anybody, especially those buying a high bhp engine and worrying about being stung.

i have been going to mantis prestige cars a for while now, i knew if anyone would find me the right car it would be ant (mantis prestige cars)
i gave him a challenge to look for a very high spec audi s5 but he succeeded above and beyond! great customer service , i highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for there dream car.
