Order status and Customer Support
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent order.
I placed this order on Sunday, expecting it to arrive by Monday/Tuesday as stated on your website. Today is Thursday, and I have yet to receive a single status update from you.
The current situation is completely unacceptable:
No Customer Support: I have tried contacting you through multiple channels, but I have received zero response.
Missing Package: Budbee has confirmed that they only received the digital shipping label; the physical package was never actually handed over or picked up from your warehouse.
I have never had issues with Mantel before, but choosing the Budbee locker delivery this time has resulted in a horrible experience. Because of this delay and the total lack of communication, I was forced to go out and buy the exact same parts elsewhere just to get my bike fixed.
Your order follow-up and customer service need to be much better. Support during situations like this is what keeps clients satisfied, ensures they stick around, and gets new people on board. Right now, this experience is pushing me to the opposite side.

Incredible Value, Accurate and Fast

My order got sent to Germany instead of ireland. Still waiting , most disappointing thing was I has to call the shop to see why the tracking hadn't moved for over a week since I placed the order. If I hadn't probably still be none the wiser
