Friendly Helpful Knowledgable Staff
Made a few purchases before and after Christmas. Boss Guitar Amp, Microphone, Cables and Audio Interface. I rang this morning and spoke with Cooper (Nth Fitzroy Store - Melb) & Grace in the Windsor store.
I stated that I had purchased the above amp for an amount and 2 days later it was on sale. Cooper immediately got onto that and was ready to organise a store credit or gift card. I instead made another purchase and paid the difference. A purchase that I had not intended to make (audio interface) but since Cooper was helpful and knowledgeable, I made an upgraded purchase. Hopefully, you get some kind of bonus Cooper. I will say however that the Computer System/Efpos, Paypal do not make it flexible for customers to get a Discount and pay for the item through Paypal or Paypal 4 which is what I would really have liked instead you get a payment link and have to use either Debit or Credit card or visit the store which is over an hour each way with Mlb traffic & parking. When I did pick up my amp before Christmas one of their staff carried it to my car. Friendly, Helpful, and Professional and they know their stuff. Thanks, Mannys & Cooper.
