WHEN SEARCHING THE INTERNET FOR GIGBAGS RECENTLY, I CAME ACROSS MANNS WHO WERE ADVERTISING SOME EXCELLENT HEAVY DUTY ONES BY FENDER FOR ROUGHLY A THIRD OFF THEIR FULL PRICE SO I ORDERED TWO. A PARCEL FROM MANNS ARRIVED THE FOLLOWING DAY ( IMPRESSIVE ) BUT DISAPPOINTINGLY CONTAINED ONLY ONE GIGBAG. MY BANK STATEMENT SHOWED I HAD BEEN CHARGED FOR TWO SO I CALLED MANNS SUPPORT LINE AND WAS DEALT WITH BY A VERY CHARMING AND HELPFUL LADY ( THANKS ISOBEL !) WHO SEEMED GENUINELY CONCERNED FOR THE ERROR AND QUICKLY ESTABLISHED THAT THERE HAD ONLY BEEN ONE ITEM LEFT IN STOCK AND NO MORE WOULD BE AVAILABLE SO A REFUND WOULD BE MADE. THIS ARRIVED VERY PROMPTLY SO I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH MANNS SERVICE AND VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE GIGBAG BUT UNABLE TO FIND THE SAME MODEL AT SUCH A GOOD DISCOUNT ELSEWHERE.

I hadn't come across Mann's Music before I was looking for a Yamaha APXT2 ¾ size guitar. They beat everyone else on price and had the finish I wanted, Dark Red Sunburst. Quick dispatch and delivery even though I ordered it on a Bank Holiday with very reasonable delivery cost. Lovely guitar although the action is a tad high for my preference but I'll fix that when I next renew the strings. Mann's will be at the top of my list when I next go gear shopping!

Competitive prices.The delivery company DHL were three working days late with the delivery .After one day's delay I phoned Mann's Music who were sympathetic and helpful, getting in touch with DHL. I wouldn't hesitate though to use Mann's Music again.

I bought a Yamaha APXT2 Black 3/4 Size Travel Electro Acoustic Guitar & Case from this company.
I was impressed with the way they beat all other companies that I researched on price (including Amazon). The delivery was spot on in terms of the predicted time and low cost.
The guitar was very well set up and stays in tune.
Overall, I was pleased I chose Mann’s to buy this guitar and would recommend them without reservation.

Excellent service from Mann's - bought a Fender amp through them back in Dec, developed a fault and they arranged collection, repair and return without any complication whatsoever. A pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate from buying through them again.

I bought my Jim Dandy acoustic guitar at a very reasonable price and it arrived on time with a decent setup. It can be improved but overall I was very pleased with it. Manns Music offer good bargains.
