I purchased a second hand flute online from Manns - even though the shop is less than 5 minutes walk away. The instrument fit my needs perfectly - a good value for money instrument to be given as a first experience in playing the flute. It was an easy transaction to make online and visiting the store in person to collect, reinforced my perception of Manns as a great, established music store. The order was ready to collect, they talked honestly and knowledgeably about the instrument and its condition as a second hand item. They also offered reassurance that if the item proved not to be wanted (it was bought as a gift), it could easily be returned. Brilliant service - a bricks and mortar business to be cherished for helpfulness, expertise and integrity.

This is the first time I've ordered from Mann's, an amplifier for a guitar. Even though the shipment was from the UK to Ireland it was easy with only an amount of import duty about the same as if had paid VAT. Payment online for the import easy and the delivery sent out straight away. Very pleased.

I’d never shopped here before and ordered a saxophone online for delivery to York. I was disappointed when the delivery did not arrive on the selected date. I contacted Mann’s late in the day by email and was impressed to receive a response within a few minutes, and again at the beginning of the following day. I’m very happy with their efforts to expedite delivery of the package and clearly the issues were all down to DHL. All communication from Mann’s was polite, friendly, and professional. I’m happy to shop here again in the future.

Called them up on the phone, simple and easy to order and the ukulele was sent out immediately, all I need now is to learn to play it.

I telephoned and enquired about a guitar, the staff were very helpful and I decided to purchase.
The item was sent out for delivery and arrived a couple of days later, carefully packaged and with a new set of strings.
