Ellie is the main reason, had lots of ups and downs and stress during a prolonged sale and purchase. However, ellie was a friendly supportive voice at the end of the phone or an email constantly reassuring me throughout absolute superstar and a credit to your company. Thanks for all you did and sorry for being such a pain with my constant questions lol. Also the move managers gemma and rochelle were equally as supportive, overall an excellent experience after an absolute nightmare with a competitor "high street" estate agent who were previously assigned for my sale. Ellie gemma and rochelle handled the purchase side of things brilliantly restoring some faith if I ever decided to sell again.

A huge thank you to Gemma and Rochelle for the outstanding support they gave my two sisters and me throughout the sale of our late mum's property. The process took almost 12 months and was far from straightforward, with unexpected issues, including an adverse possession claim and delays that meant the buyer had to remortgage.

Emma was very professional, friendly and honest during the valuation and gave great advice without being pushy.

Habib managed to coordinate what felt like thousands of viewings during the opening weekend (it was actually 15) and negotiate offers clearly, politely and very effectively.

And during the sale progress, Gemma - and particularly Rochelle - gave me regular updates, checked in and were so friendly, knowledgeable and proactive that it put my solicitors to shame.

Without the sales progression team, the sale would not have proceeded so quickly or painlessly and I can’t thank them enough for their good humour and support during it all in what was quite a stressful and somewhat emotional time.
