Disappointing experience
Enticed to purchase from this company by a 20% discount and free gift. Products discounted at checkout but free gift did not arrive with delivery. Contacted company via email and also an Instagram message. A week later, zero response from the company. No phone number available to contact them….. Customer service is non-existent

Regarding reply from Mankind: no thought to reply, just a standard copy & paste job. My concern is that there is no point trying to contact you further because you don’t respond. The only response appears to be on Trustpilot - I wonder why….

Don't trust them with Returns
Don't trust them to process your returns. I order a number of products, and to be honest I wasn't happy with most of them. However I returned the 2 worst performing products. An expensive body wash and a cheap hair product. I used their prepaid return, like most companies offer, however I only received a refund for the cheap hair product. I contacted them and they said they only received the hair product and asked for proof of postage, which I provided. They said it never arrived. Well that's not true as it was all in one box. I order a lot online and this has never happened to me before. My experience has been bad. The customer service hasn't been good enough
