I bought an island extractor for R8100.00 from Manicaa in December 2022 and my order was confirmed on the 7th December 2022, I never received it nor did I get my refund worse they never responded to any of my emails or messages I then googled their address, drove to that address only to find out that there was not even a shop or warehouse like that. It hurts and it would’ve been courteous of them to at least refund me my money, worse I’m unemployed with 2 children and it took me sometime to put that money together. It’s been 3years now and I still don’t have the money to buy myself another extractor.

I hope one day my money will be returned. I’m very very disappointed.

I bought a belgian waffle maker 2022-12-30.... nearly R2000. Empty promises kept rolling in. Eventually they did manage to squeeze out they will refund me. After numerous attempts after that... Stone cold silence. It is heartbreaking that they get away with it. My father ordered something from them too 2023-02-23, he passed away in the same year in July. I informed them of his death. Got nothing.

Do not buy from these scammers. They will rob you of your money and you will never hear from them again. They are just thieves

Ordered a few things on their site that originate from uk. Never eversaw light of day. Lots of promises, excuses and apologies but its easy when the whole set up is designed to scam everyone out of their hard earned money. They should be in jail this has been carrying on since before COVID. Bunch of thieves.

A SCAM company for sure. I ordered way back in January 2023 and it totaled over R2000. The Order number was #??????95 was not fulfilled. I asked for a refund and very soon after Manicaa requested bank details for the refund. That's where it all ended.

Wait, they promised it will be sorted out in 14 days...That was on the 12th April 2023. Now there is nothing, even emails are bouncing back. They've gone absolutely quite while they build their next site. They fulfill enough orders to keep the good reviews appearing while waiting to strike. A SCAM for sure so keep clear.

I recently bought 2 new batteries with charger for a Canon EOS camera. When it came time to use the batteries, neither would work, neither could be charged with the original Canon charger or the one purchased with the batteries. The Canon charger btw still charges the original Canon battery. My email complaint received a reply thanking me for my purchase and payment. Avoid this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! PLACED ORDER AND NOTHING ARRIVED, NO REFUND, NO ONE REPLIES TO EMAILS AND PHONE NO LONGER WORKS. SCAMMERS!!!!!

I ordered from them in 2020, my order was delayed but they delivered. This gave me confidence to order again. I paid on the 4th of March 2023 my order was confirmed for delivery on the 27th March which did not happen. I followed up in May I was told delivery would be made till today, no delivery and now the number is out of service.

I placed and order, received confirmation, paid the invoice and never heard from them again. In excess of R5,000. The I once got through to a "call centre" and the agent got annoyed when I demanded to know where my order is, and finally put the phone down on me when she had lied herself into a corner.

I have been Scammed by Manicaa (PTY) LTD for reasons that their number
011 568 7639 does not exist, they claim to be based at Wynberg Johannesburg 2090 and are not providing their physical address. I have been to the Police and Laid a Fraud Charge the Owner of the Absa Account is "Clara Kutsawa"

Placed an order with MANICAA in February 2023 but they failed to honor the full order. Informed them of their error but only got an automated response. I kept at it and they replied saying delivery will take place. It never did. I requested a refund which they were sending to their Accounts Department. Its now July and still there is nothing. I have been scammed.

In August 2022 I order an item to value of R340 and it arrived20 days later. In February I ordered item to value of R1360 and till now it has not arrived and no refund. Same automated responses to e-mail. Bitterly dissapointed as I saved up a long time for that item and not sure what to do now.

The worst online company I have ever dealt with. Never received my order op to date.
Ordered and paid for a Wireless Caregiver Pager on the 8th of Dec. 2022 (Order number:#000079638). After several complaints per email and through their webside, I only received the usual automated email stating shipment takes between 10 - 25/30 business days!!!
Was the 1st and the last time that I have ordered from them !

Ordered goods in January which I never received. In March I requested a refund NOTHING has been received. There's no way of contacting them either

The company must be reported to the National Consumer commission, fraud 100 %

Well it's like this. I consider myself one of the unfortunate souls that got suckerd. Shame on me.

I am waiting for a refund since December 2022.

I was supposed to be refunded from an order that the item was out of stock in April
Till today I have not received it,when you call them they place your call on waiting till it hangs it’s self off.

Maanica is a complete scam company. Do not deliver what you order. Do not answer the phone and send a computer-generated email response when you query where your goods are. Please be aware!
