Really bad - i cant even say service as its non existent. I would not order from these crooks - Shaun (the owner) does not seem to care one bit.
I had to get my bank involved for a refund as he never sent the order.
Please avoid at all costs.
Bad service from start to finish, no advising when item would be shipped an as this was a frozen item I needed to be in to accept,
The frozen fish food was not packed with anything to keep it cool an therefore deteriorated quickly on a spring day out of the freezer. When I advised Shaun the manager of this I received no helpful feedback or recourse and subsequently left without my product an out of pocket, do not use this cow boy of a trader.
I recently bought some copepods and rotifers from here and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! The quality of the products was excellent and my fish and crabs absolutely loved them. I was pleased with how quickly they arrived and how well they were packaged. Additionally, there were a lot of copepods and rotifers, so I definitely got my money's worth.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience with this store and I highly recommend it to other fish keepers.
