Nothing wrong with tiles, they where delivered on time and no damage on them but the delivery fee is extortionate

Loved the tiles after seeing them in Country Homes and Interiors magazine. Ordering on line was very easy and simple. The delivery was also no problem with a lovely lady in dispatch giving us a call to ensure the Lane where we live was going to be okay for the lorry and that the tiles could be delivered without any problems. The tiles were delivered intact and well packaged. I will definitely use Mandarin Stone again and the Tiles are beautiful, absolutely love them. Thank you.

We're buying our first home, a stone terraced in glossop, and we were nervous about the thought of getting a limestone floor, as we'd heard mixed things about how to maintain them. We were greeted by Mandy, who understood exactly what we needed, straight away, and gave us so much of her time and expertise. My wife is an artist so clicked with her instantly, and I found her knowledge and warmth both professional and extra special. I work in sales so when somone gives excellent service, it's very noticable. Massive thanks to Mandy she's an absolute treasure, and because of her we've found the tiles of our dreams, and some gorgeous splash back tiles to boot. We’ve had a brilliant experience with Mandarin Stone from start to finish. The customer service has been consistently excellent - friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.

We don’t have a showroom nearby, but I’ve visited several over many months of house building (Bath, Marlow, Cheltenham, Weybridge, Exeter and Monmouth) and every one has been welcoming and professional. There’s a real consistency across the business and everyone clearly takes pride in what they do.

Special mention to Oliver at the Bath showroom, who worked incredibly hard with our external tile plan. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and that our orders were spot-on, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.

Everything arrived exactly when promised and, honestly, working with Mandarin Stone has been a joy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We purchased Jaipur stone via the website after receiving a sample in the post. The stone is absolutely beautiful and was a great price.
There were some damages due to the careless delivery company. I contacted Ella at Mandarin Stone, she was brilliant at getting the problem sorted the same day.
I wouldn't hesitate at using this company again. Absolutely brilliant all round.

I had the pleasure of meeting Tammy at the Cardiff showroom last week. We are currently renovating our bathroom which is a daunting project that you want to do your best to get right. Tammy went through so many different options and showed us so many beautiful products. She really helped us making some difficult decisions and was so patient (I changed my mind several times!) Tammy also organised a very prompt delivery date for the tiles to ensure our project ran smoothly. Absolutely brilliant customer experience for us, she provided vast product knowledge and a big smile!
