MAM baby night trainer transition first…

MAM baby night trainer transition first training cup with handles. The handles glow in the dark. However the training spout is almost impossible to suck from. I know because I tried it myself. I could hardly get anything out of it. I had to put extra holes in the top to make it work.

I’ve had my MOVE pump since June 2025…

I’ve had my MOVE pump since June 2025 and it started developing a fault not long ago. I read that they offer 2 years warranty and after reading these reviews I was skeptical about the company but emailed anyway with video proof of the fault. MAM sent me a brand new pump through the post within a few days and attached a free post label to return my faulty pump! Even though I couldn’t get through by calling them which got me worried, the customer service via email is absolutely fine. Couldn’t fault this company (I also have the dummies and bottles from them), products and service are amazing.

Warning MAM's bottles are not safe !!!

Bought quite few bottles for my baby and extremely disappointed with their quality. Cracks appeared around top part on most of them. Not safe and waste of money.
I'm strongly not recommending the company and I will make sure the OPSS UK will take this case seriously.

This company is awful i had to get…

This company is awful i had to get these bottles for my daughter and i still have to but them! They are far from cheap and they are only in packs of two! But unlike tommee Tippee the bottles last on average about two months before they no longer contain the milk I am going to be ecstatic when i don't have to pointlessly give this rip off company money any more they quality is absolutely abysmal! Tommee Tippee are a million times better!

Writing comes off all bottles, poor quality

Numerous other reviews aren't wrong, bottles leak and all writing has come off (using dishwasher, which they state is ok to use). Bottles are only 6 months old, and Customer services can not help as no receipt.. keep your receipts if you do end up buying these, which I do not recommend doing. Buy Lansinoh bottles instead as their bottles are much higher quality.

Leaking bottles!

Absolutely terrible bottles. Been using for 7months and had to bin 2 bottles already. Leaks constantly from top and bottom. Contacted customer service who were useless. Won't communicate with you unless you have your receipt if purchase. Advise not to buy or if already bought keep receipts for when they start to leak. Shocking for the price of them!

Absolutely shocking products

Absolutely shocking products. Constant leaking and when you thought that was bad enough their Customer Service turned out to be even worse. My only advice would be DO NOT BUY from this company and if you do then don't say you were not warned.

Awful customer service

Don’t buy if you need to return. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them in regards to returning an item but I still haven’t heard anything back and now I’m stick with this unwanted product! Awful customer service!!

Fantastic service when parts needed

Really confused at all the negative reviews here. I've always loved the bottles and I also use the double electric breast pump which I am now using again for my second baby.
I needed to replace the two top attachments for the pumps when I came to use it again this year. There was so option for this on the website. I got in touch to ask where I could buy them, I received an email reply within a matter of hours asking which parts I needed specifically. They immediately sent those parts in the post, free of charge, the same day.
Couldn't ask for better customer service than this. Thanks MAM!

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. They really don’t care about their customers and their replies are always so rude. It shocks me how bad their customer service is. I would definitely avoid the brand as if you have any problem with their products they won’t help at all.

No measurement below 2floz

The MAM bottles don't have a measurement on the bottle lower than 2floz. A new born measurement for feeding is 1.5 to 2floz. The problem is that you can't track how much your baby has taken in because its just a grey plastic strip under the 2floz measurement. In order to track how much your baby has taken in you have to make 4floz so you can see how much is left above the 2floz mark. This results in a lot of waste. I raised this issue with the company and asked for advice but not surprisingly and similar to other reviews on this page, the customer service failed to address my issue. I would not recommend this product as it is definitely a design flaw.

I also had the same issue as another review on here that the liquid barley flows through the zero teat. This results in the baby falling asleep during feeding without taking in the required amount.

Very disappointing product.

These products are absolutely useless

These products are absolutely useless. The teets block up meanwhile your baby is getting more and more upset and you have no idea why. You cannot touch the teet and so a lot of breast milk is spoiled. Absolute rubbish stay away from this scam of a company

Merchandise Not received

I paid for the merchandise bit never received it. When I reported my. Concerns to the company. They equested a screenshot of the payment receipt. I sent the requested information. No further word from them. I will report them to the Fraud Division.

Brilliant customer service

Really surprised at some of the negative reviews. Bought the wearable pump in March from John Lewis. It stopped charging properly so contacted MAM asking if I needed to go through John Lewis or them. They responded asking for receipt and photo of the pump…fair enough. They then said they would replace it. I received a brand new pump the next day without even having to send the old one back. Brilliant customer services

Absolutely disgusting customer service…

Absolutely disgusting customer service ! I emailed today about 2 bottles out of 6 which the numbers have faded off after 4 mths not a #+@t did the one who replied give just pure ignorance looking for receipts and I sent photos of thr bottles i didn't have reciepts kept. . I spent alotttt of money on Mam products from bottle to steriliser to soothers and the response asking wat steriliser I use ...and wat brush and all this absolute crap ! Disgusting the way she spoke to me on the email with such an attitude
I'll. Never deal with them again ! Absolutely fuming

I sent an email back in November asking for help and advice with one of their products. It’s now the middle of FEBRUARY! and despite several messages and emails chasing up for a response, I’ve still had nothing back. Disgusting customer service, don’t buy these products in case anything goes wrong with them because you won’t ever get a response
