Poor service and defensive management
We’d stayed here before and liked it, but our October 2025 visit was disappointing. We were charged £40 for two parking spaces even though we had only one car. The hotel’s confirmation email clearly said “A car parking space,” yet when we queried it the co-owner became agitated and refused to refund the extra £20.
Her later written response was defensive and blamed us for not “correcting” the booking instead of accepting any responsibility. An unrelated remark about “never having a Kyiv room” also felt inappropriate and unprofessional.
Nice décor, but the attitude and customer service completely spoiled the stay.
