I purchased a Studio Retreat from the Malvern Collection, at Ottery Nurseries. They were very helpful and advised me accordingly. Malvern kept me informed of the progress and delivery. Studio was delivered promptly and efficient by Mick and Peter they assembled the building all in the morning and on a very hot day. The Studio looks fantastic so pleased with the workmanship. Thank you Malvern/Ottery.

We recently purchased a 17 x 10 Studio Flat from Malvern, and honestly, it’s so good I now look forward to going to work… which feels slightly suspicious.

The design and build quality are fantastic, and the whole team — from sales to installation — were brilliant to deal with. Friendly, professional, accommodating, and they somehow managed to make the whole process stress-free.

The studio works perfectly as my office, and I still have loads of storage space next door, so my garage can finally stop pretending to be one.

Absolutely delighted with it and would highly recommend Malvern to anyone thinking about adding a garden studio!

The whole process from ordering to delivery was excellent. We ordered at Buckingham Garden Centre where the sales person was very knowledgeable and didn’t pressure me into any decisions. I was sent drawings for approval, and the payment process was easy. Delivery was on time and it was very efficiently installed, with lots of attention to detail. The quality of the building was better than I expected. The whole process was exceptional. I would definitely recommend.

We had high aspirations for a top spec Malvern office studio but had to down size twice due to ongoing budget constraints . The Malvern design team reconfigured and reconfigured and re quoted and re quoted and we finally ended up with a garden shed ( heavy duty potting ) . Our shed arrived and was erected by the very dexterous Malvern installation team . Joy of joys we absolutely love it and cannot praise the company more for its wonderful service at every level and a really well built solid shed which will definitely see us out

Excellent from the first enquiry I made when I spoke to Charlotte Evans-Brown through to delivery/ construction by Martin and his crew. It’s a very high quality product, built to spec and it looks fabulous in my garden. Malvern get my highest recommendation.

Bought my cabin in 2018. It’s been fantastic and I’ve enjoyed having that space. Very good process upon buying thanks to Jason, who I think is no longer with Malvern. However, I spotted rot and contacted Malvern in January 2026 about it, sending photos, as I believed it would be covered under their 10 year rot and decay guarantee. I didn’t hear back and had to chase again the following month. Around this time, I was also sent an invoice for another customer’s cabin along with their personal details. Eventually I got booked in for a fitter to come out to inspect the cabin, at a cost. Not given an expected time prior to arrival, he came at 7:30am! I think notification of this early arrival in the days before would have been courteous. 3 weeks later after hearing nothing, I called and was told that I’d have to pay for the cabin to be fixed due to it being neglected. I have looked after the cabin and not misused it, so don’t understand Malvern’s decision. I thought I was protected by their warranty, but now feel duped.

I am delighted with my small pastel green Hopton Redwood garden room, it is a real feature in the garden and a lovely space to relax in either alone or with company. The building has received such high praise from everyone, from the beautiful appearance of the room to the high quality of the construction. The service I encountered along my journey was outstanding; the people were so friendly, patient and polite. I am so happy with my retirement gift to myself and look forward to many years of enjoying the garden from my amazing sanctuary.

From viewing at the showrooms (which no other company in this area has) to the installation, this was an extremely easy process. They are also the most affordable in our area. I recommend Malvern to anyone looking at garden rooms. We would use them again.

Fabulous service from the sales at the Old Barn, Horsham with link to fantastic ground work guys, Thiery et al, to the great team who came down to put the building up. All in the time frame expected, made our changes without quibble or delay. Just fantastic all round.

We ordered a heavy duty reverse apex black-painted shed with cedar shingle roof and white Georgian windows. We are thrilled with the way it looks and the build quality. Sara at the Abingdon showroom was extremely supportive throughout the order and installation process, going out of her way to ensure everything went seamlessly. The build team were very efficient and friendly with lots of attention to detail on the day (eg. checking and touching up paintwork, leaving site clean and tidy etc). Thanks also to Sigi at the showroom for helping with the pictures of electrical fittings and to the team at the factory for bringing our installation date forward when our landscapers had to change dates for building the shed foundation. All in all an excellent experience.

Excellent product, excellent service. We now have two of their greenhouses.

Our dacha was put up in no time, and now we can hide from anyone who might want to pester us. Nice and warm, even in cold weather.

We are so pleased with our Kew Garden room. We bought it ex display but it looks brand new! I was really impressed by the customer service and flexibility on the delivery. The workers who assembled the garden room did a great job and refreshed all the inside paintwork, which I wasn’t expecting. Despite low temperatures outside, it’s felt really well insulated, even without use of heating. The garden room is such a beautiful addition to the garden - definitely the nicest style I’ve seen around.

From our first visit at old barn nursery to installation the whole process has been really good. We had some minor problems afterwards and they have been nothing but helpful in getting it sorted.
