After reading some horror stories about locksmiths taking advantage of customers, it was with some trepidation I searched for someone to gain entry into a front door with a broken lock.
Martin explained his cost structure via text which seemed surprisingly reasonable, so I took a chance and we met at the property in question.
Long story short, the lock turned out to be broken internally - probably due to someone trying to gain access with a crowbar - but Martin refused to be beat and eventually managed to open the door after having to climb through a small window to reach the mechanism.
A replacement lock was fitted and Martin’s bill was actually less than his quote, so the least I can do is write him a review here.
With a bit of luck you’ll never need his services, but if you’re reading this review you probably do and I can’t recommend him highly enough.
