I always shop at Maleskin for my Medik8 products. The prices are consistently discounted, delivery is super fast, and their customer service is always reliable and friendly. Highly recommend!

I have been buying my Medik8 products from Maleskin for quite a while now.
They consistently offer the products at a cheaper price than I can find anywhere else. The products I order are delivered promptly and well packaged.
I would not buy from anywhere else now.

I have been a Maleskin customer since its inception all those years ago. The choice of products is fantastic. I’m a particular fan of their Medik8 range, and their prices are always so competitive and I love that they email me with discounts and offers frequently. Why I have rated Maleskin five stars though is due to their fantastic customer service. It’s clear that they really do care about their customers and they are the heart of their business. If there has ever been any issues with my order, I have been contacted personally by one of the team and they have always been extremely friendly, polite and efficient. Highly recommended Maleskin.

I ordered some moisturiser for my husband. The moisturiser arrived. I emailed them for a date and they emailed me back very quickly. All good :)

Fast delivery and I was able to find my products at such a great price. I will be using Maleskin to purchase some of my Christmas gifts!

They sent me the wrong product. I have tried contacting them many times but they have not replied!

Same story as others have had:

I ordered some Lab product for around £70. The next day, I had a response stating that the product I'd ordered was no longer available and was offered some alternative I'd never heard of. I politely declined and requested a refund. I'd had no response after a few days and thinking the worst, was anticipating having to raise a chargeback. I emailed again asking for a response within 24 hours. Hollie then contacted me and confirmed that a refund would be issued. I checked my online order and could see that it had been updated to ‘fulfilled’ Two days later with no refund, I emailed again only to be told that the refund could take up to 4 working days. I then received an email stating that my refund had been processed! The refund turned up 2 days later and I feel lucky to have got my money back after reading other reviews.

In summary, if they have stock of the item you want, then you should be fine, but things quite often seem to go wrong when they are unable to source the product you ordered. Incidentally, the lab product that I purchased and was advised that it could no longer be sourced is still listed for sale on the Maleskin shop.

If you are struggling to get a refund, be persistent with your email demands. I would probably recommend that you don’t buy from this shop.

I have several emails to the various makeskin email addresses including the Gmail address.
Tried a Facebook message also.
Had absolutely no response what so ever..
The fault may not even lie with Male skin but I need a response in order to investigate.

I ordered Kiehl's Age Defender Eye Repair, and was informed the product was out of stock, and was offered an alternative product. I emailed back to reject the alternative, and request a refund. A month later, and 2 chaser emails, I have received no response from Maleskin, and no refund!

Update on my previous negative review. Still no product despite hollie personally posting it 1st class! Avoid this company. They obviously sell products not in stock. I will be reporting them. Avoid Avoid avoid

**SCAM ALERT**
Do not buy from Maleskin they are a complete SCAM !! I purchased a product from them months ago they never sent it and tried to email with no communication. Save your money and don't trust them! Had to file a scam claim with Monzo and got the money back in the end but was not worth the hassles
