So why did I give 5 stars, it's simple really, it's because Malco rent a car deserves it. The instructions of where to meet were clear, when you phone they answer straight away and they bring the car to me in only 15 mins, 5 mins later you drive away.
It's the same with pickup of the car when you bring it back to the same spot at arrivals.
In my case I was late and instead of giving out to me Malco representatives were very gracious, aging that is great customer service.
I have now been home 5 days and have just received an email saying that my fuel deposit has been returned and should get it into my account within a day or 2, did I mention customer service?

This is my first time booking Alicante with Malco, I have previously booked Valencia airport and this review also applies there, so, I hope to book with Malco again very soon.

Absolute first class service. This company does not have any hidden extras with premium insurance. The price you pay includes full insurance giving you complete peace of mind. It’s also meet and greet both for collection and drop off at the airport. 100% recommend this car hire company.

we arrived 3 hours later due to a flight delay and found the car ready at 3.30 in the morning 50 meters outside the terminal. also return in 10 minutes.

I rented a car for a month in Valencia at a reasonable price. They don't have an office at the airport so the car was delivered to a short-term parking. No big deal, I know the place and the instructions were clear enough. The car was not the one I had asked for (Skoda Kamiq vs VW T-Roc), but it was almost new and I enjoyed the ride. Delivery and return were easy. I especially liked the communication with the company, both by e-mail and by phone. In English, yes.

Excellent Service at Castellon Airport. We have hired many cars in Spain over the past 20 years and this was one of the easiest experiences we have ever had. We would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Collection desk in terminal easy to find, staff very polite and friendly, easy process to complete the paperwork and car as requested, clean and in good condition. Drop off was also easy and dropping keys at the same pick up desk on the way to check-in. All very easy and would recommend and use myself again.

Malco is the best - I’ve used them multiple times at Castellon airport and the service is incredible. Last week we tried them at Valencia airport and we were very pleased.

We hired a car from Castello airport (CDT) and it was the easiest experience I have ever had hiring a car. The lady at the desk was expecting us, was efficient with the small amount of documentation required and directed us to our car. On return, the process was equally as simple and quick, just handing in the key and that was it. It was nice to be treated as a valued client rather than a criminal (which is my usual feeling when hiring a car!).

By far the most easy car rental company at Valencia airport. Pick up and drop off easy, no lines, no administrative hassle or insurance fishing. Service is great!

I have used Malco several times from Valencia airport and I can guarantee that it is a great company !
Quick pick-up and return, friendly staff, clean and brand new cars at competitive prices.
Once I had to give back the car earlier than planned because of an emergency and they refunded me some money without me asking for it. It was really appreciated.
Last time I had an upgrade and the car I was given was Amazing.

I almost never leave reviews but Malco should be regarded as the beacon for how car rental should operate. Quick handover. All paperwork prepared in advance. Good value, all-in rental price. No lengthy attempts to upsell additional unnecessary services. I would also look for these guys to book cars from.
