This company, and particularly Ola Blomberg who works at the Nybro office, is dishonest and I wouldn't buy anything through them. This estate agent misrepresented the owner of the house I purchased through them, lying through his teeth about several issues. This is turn lead to untold misery and severe financial consequences for myself. This is a disreputable company based on a franchise system, which leads to dishonest people like Ola being active in the business. Don't buy or sell anything through the office in Nybro in particular as the consequences can be devastating, if you have problems with them there is no redress, although they do send you a link to determine whether you are satisfied, although the link doesn't work.

I have not sold the house with them. But my experience was not great. I described my situation and they said that house evaluation is free, but when they came to the house the estimation became 2500 kr. So they wasted my and their time. They were late by 10 min for scheduled 45 min meeting. So I wouldn't recommend them as a broker to sell your house.

One of the worst and the most dishonest brokerage company.
Also an advice to non-swedish speaking people.... Make sure you translate the contractual document which Mäklarehuset makes by going to an attorney and paying a fee.. Never trust what the real estate broker is translating. They employ lawyers and their job is to make the contract in English but they will not do. Just an heads-up for future buyers and sellers.
