Over the last 6 months Mr Nick Ridewood has exhausted all avenues in both his work time and at weekends in assisting me with a printer related problem that eventually ended in a successful resolution. He did so in a professional manner and at all times acted with a respectful, considerate and positive attitude. He worked very hard to find a solution offering a number of potential options which we worked through.
