I particularly enjoyed the facility that was used for my Lean Six Sigma sessions. The 5 days were amazing in a serene and comfortable environment that enabled easy assimilation and comprehension.

The facilitator was very knowledgeable about the subject and did very good to sight real life examples which helped to drive most of the points home.

Frankly, I wasn't blown away. Two days and practically 200 slides of indigestible material (riddled with spelling and syntax errors), that wasn't facilitated by the fact that the trainer churned through it like he was reading from a phone directory. Aside from this, training material was not sent on time, timings were confusing owing to time differences and there was very little flexibility in the program (changes in exam times, or changes in language).

The way and manner in which Mr Kola facilitated the L6S Green Belt Certification Training was awesome and easy to comprehend. He presented the concepts and the topics very clear and with sufficient practical examples and case studies. His support to the Students was simply amazing. Great Work!
